  2. DRINK A MINIMUM OF ½ YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN OUNCES DAILY.
    Avoid soda, diet drinks, juice and sport drinks.
  3. EAT FOODS CLOSEST TO THEIR NATURAL SOURCE
    “HIGH OCTANE FOODS”. Avoid processed foods.
  4. TIME THE RESULTS MEALS SO THAT YOU EAT 4 – 6 TIMES DAILY.
  5. PREPARE AND PORTION YOUR FOOD AHEAD OF TIME.
    Staying one day ahead will make it easier for you to stick to your plan.
